One bright summer day Karen was creating a little garden around an antique fountain for her friend’s antique shop in Marion Massachusetts. When along came Marge, a woman with exquisite style and a flair for fashion. She presented Karen with a gift. Inside the box there was a lovely collection of vintage shoe clips. Delighted, and with her love of accessories, Karen brought the collection home to her studio. She wore the shoe clips for a week and dreamed of bringing back these popular accessories from years ago. She began designing and could not stop and a dream was becoming reality, thus SHOECLIPS.BIZ was born. A little imagination and a lot of hard work became the American dream and a cottage industry began. At SHOECLIPS.BIZ we aspire to bring you the largest, most amazing collection of embellishments for your shoes you could dream of, constantly updating our online catalog to bring you the newest in styles and trends.
Karen Robertson is also the creator of the Karen Robertson Collection, a line of luxury home accessories and jewelry. Lynn Pacheco, director of sales and distribution, is one of the artists who has worked with Karen for years. Lynn is the niece of Diane & Frank McNamee, owners of Marion Antique Shop, whom we would like to thank for their generosity by giving us vintage pieces and lots of inspiration. We would like to thank Karen’s sister Suzanne Marchesano, owner of Eyelet Outlet, for her professional assistance in producing our collection. We would both also like to thank our mothers for their many hours of work and positive support which have helped lead our success.
